WHAT AGE IS THIS FOR?
The gym programme is designed for rugby players aged U14 to U18, built to develop strength, power, and movement quality appropriate for this age group.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
You'll need access to a gym with standard equipment — barbells, dumbbells, a squat rack, and a bench. Most school or local gyms will have everything you need.
HOW DOES TRUECOACH WORK?
TrueCoach is a free app on iPhone and Android where your programme lives. Once you're signed up you'll get a login invite by email. Open the app and your training blocks are ready to go — with exercises, sets, reps, and video demonstrations.
I'M NOT NEAR EXETER — CAN I STILL DO THIS?
Absolutely. Top Rugby Online works from anywhere in the country. All you need is a gym and the TrueCoach app.
CAN I CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, the monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. No lock-in, no exit fees. The annual plan runs for the full 12 months.
DO I NEED TO BE OUTSIDE THE ACADEMY SYSTEM?
Not at all. While Top Rugby was built for players outside the academy pathway, the programme is valuable for any young rugby player. Academy players are welcome too.
