Join a 6-week, rugby-specific gym programme designed and led by qualified strength & conditioning coaches.
Train alongside like minded rugby players in the Devon area who are serious about developing their game through smart, professional gym work. You’ll follow a structured programme and learn how to train properly - just like the pros.
